VISIBILITY & REPRESENTATION
We are committed to sharing the power of art far and wide, both in person and online. To make art more accessible than ever, we are bringing vibrant public exhibitions into diverse neighborhood spaces throughout the year. We will also be launching a dynamic online gallery, creating a digital stage to showcase a vast and growing collection of incredible artists and their work. To celebrate and share these stories, we are partnering with local media to shine a spotlight on our creative community.

We are dedicated to fostering a vibrant arts community by nurturing talent at every level. We will champion the next generation by connecting emerging artists with established professionals for invaluable mentorship, culminating in a showcase of their work. To inspire creativity in everyone, we will host a regular series of hands-on workshops and masterclasses, and bring our entire community together for exciting arts festivals that celebrate a diverse range of visual and performing arts.

About Tapping Into talent
The journey of a Black or Brown LGBTQ+ creative is one of immense talent often met with systemic roadblocks. Our story begins with a conversation—a series of them, in fact. Inspired by the raw, honest dialogues on the "Tapping Into Talent" series with Black Gay Table Talk, a shared narrative became undeniably clear: our community was being taken advantage of. We faced a landscape rife with a lack of support, inaccessible opportunities, and little to no access to essential resources and funding.
These conversations were more than just talk; they were a call to action.
Tapping Into Talent Inc. was formed as the answer to that call. We are a non-profit organization committed to fundamentally changing this narrative. Our mission is to build the infrastructure of support that has long been denied to Black and Brown LGBTQ+ creatives.
What We Do
We are dedicated to fostering an ecosystem of equity and empowerment within the Arts, Culture, and Entertainment sectors by:
Cultivating Safe Spaces: Creating environments where our creatives can connect, collaborate, and create authentically without fear of judgment or exploitation.
Providing Access to Resources: Serving as a bridge to funding opportunities, mentorship programs, educational workshops, and professional networks.
Championing Representation: Actively working to ensure the stories, voices, and talents of Black and Brown LGBTQ+ individuals are seen, heard, and celebrated in every room, on every stage, and behind every camera.
