Artist/community Spotlight

Manasseh, a native of Chicago’s South Side, has always had a gift for music that began with his mother, who was a vocalist herself. Singing in the church choir from childhood into young adulthood, this also played a key role in shaping his musical approach.

Celebrating Creativity. Capturing Community.

Our gallery is a living showcase of Black and Brown LGBTQIA+ artistry—a vibrant collection of work that reflects courage, identity, and self-expression. Every image, every performance, and every creative piece tells a story of resilience and pride.

At Tapping Into Talent Inc., we believe in the power of visibility. Our gallery highlights artists across visual arts, music, literature, and performance, offering a glimpse into the brilliance and diversity that defines our community.

From intimate portraits to bold installations, these works embody the spirit of empowerment that drives our mission: to nurture creativity, celebrate authenticity, and amplify the voices often left unheard.

We invite you to explore, feel inspired, and witness the beauty of artistry without boundaries.

A world where Black and Brown LGBTQIA+ artists are seen

Tapping Into Talent Inc. was born from a vision — a vision to see Black and Brown LGBTQIA+ artists not only creating but thriving, leading, and being fully seen. For too long, diverse voices have been overlooked, underfunded, or pushed to the margins of creative spaces. Our founders recognized the need for a platform that amplifies those voices and builds a community where creativity and identity can coexist freely.

What began as a grassroots effort to support a few local artists quickly grew into a movement. Today, Tapping Into Talent Inc. connects creators across visual arts, music, literature, and performance—providing mentorship, funding, and opportunities for visibility. We celebrate the power of self-expression, knowing that art is not just about talent—it’s about truth, courage, and transformation.

Every program we run, every event we host, and every story we share is rooted in the belief that representation matters. Our journey is one of empowerment—helping artists tell their stories, heal through creativity, and inspire the world around them.
